Notes to Contributors

1. JR aims to be a focal point for sharing information and ideas on the developing law and practice of judicial review. All contributions to this end are welcome.

2. The journal specialises in short articles ideally of no more than 2,000 words. Papers to be considered for publication should be sent to the Editor (as should any correspondence and books for review). Submissions should include a labelled 3.5 inch disk (preferably WordPerfect 5.1) accompanied by identical hard copy. We ask that titles, headings and subheadings should be short and footnotes kept to a minimum. The Editor reserves the right to make changes.

3. Copyright in articles accepted for publication will vest in the contributor, although contributors will be asked to sign a copyright licence agreement with Hart Publishing. We rely on contributors to obtain and supply with the manuscript written permission for any quotation from copyrighted sources. Contributors will receive a free copy of the journal in which their article appears.
