The Page span needs to be as follow:
- the last two decimals of the page numbers are always written down (eg 111-12).
- the hundred number can be omitted in the second page number when the pages are in the same hundred. If the hundred changes, the second number has to include the hundred value. (eg, 111-212).

CROSS-REFERENCES:
- When referring to your article use 'article' instead of 'paper' and 'Section A' instead of 'Part 1'.
